No hype.

No hustle nonsense.

Just what actually works.

1️⃣ Niche depth beats niche hopping. Every time.

More products does not mean more money.

More clarity does.

Six-figure shops don’t sell “a bit of everything”.

They sell one thing really well.

Think:

Not a buffet.

A signature dish.

If your shop sells:

• candles
  
  
• prints
  
  
• keyrings
  
  
• bookmarks
  
  
• totes
  
  
• stickers
  
  
• and vibes
  
  

Your customer’s brain goes:

“Cute. Confusing. Bye.”

Depth sells.

Variety stalls.

2️⃣ Product strategy shouldn’t rely on luck

Your product range should do three jobs:

• attract
  
  
• convert
  
  
• repeat
  
  

If every sale relies on new people finding you, that’s exhausting.

Calm shops build repeat buyers on purpose.

If you don’t know:

• which product brings people in
  
  
• which one actually makes you profit
  
  
• which one people reorder
  
  

You’re guessing.

And guessing is expensive.

3️⃣ Marketing isn’t “reels and pray”

I’m going to say this gently.

Instagram is not your business model.

It’s a tool.

A loud one.

A moody one.

Six-figure shops don’t rely on one traffic source.

They build boring, predictable systems:

• email
  
  
• simple funnels
  
  

Sexy? No.

Effective? Wildddd.

This is also where a lot of sellers start feeling overwhelmed with marketing.
